- • Whole blood donors generally wait at least 8 weeks (56 days) between donations.
- • Most Jordanian centers require a minimum hemoglobin of about 12.5 g/dL and a minimum weight of about 45 kg.
- • Only trained staff at a licensed blood bank or hospital can confirm you're eligible to donate on a given day.
