Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DM Donation website, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

DM Donation is a coordination platform that helps connect voluntary blood donors with people seeking blood donations across Jordan. We are not a medical provider, blood bank, or hospital.

The Service facilitates communication and matching only. We do not verify medical eligibility, blood safety, or the accuracy of user-submitted information.

To use the Service you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, with parental consent where applicable).
• Provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes related to voluntary blood donation coordination.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in requests, offers, and your profile.
• Follow applicable medical guidance and hospital procedures before donating blood.
• Treat other users with respect and not harass, threaten, or misuse contact information.
• Not post false, misleading, or fraudulent blood requests or donation offers.
• Not use the Service for commercial solicitation unrelated to blood donation.

Blood donation involves medical risks and eligibility requirements determined by qualified healthcare professionals and blood banks. DM Donation does not provide medical advice, screening, or transfusion services.

You are solely responsible for consulting healthcare providers, confirming compatibility, and following official donation procedures. We are not liable for health outcomes arising from donations arranged through the platform.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive license to display, store, and process it as needed to operate the Service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, pose safety risks, or are reported as abusive or fraudulent, at our discretion.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DM Donation and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on user-generated content, failed matches, or medical outcomes.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which is zero for our free Service).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DM Donation from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
